Ancestral Raw Nutrition customer support hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time). Our offices are closed on Sunday and all recognized US holidays. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of completed transaction and any order that falls on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the following business day. If you have any questions regarding a recent order please submit your information in the form provided and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Order & Shipping
Customer's raw pet food orders ship in 1-2 business days if the order is placed by 3:00 PM PST Monday through Thursday. If a customer places their order after 3:00 PM PST on Thursday the order will ship the following Monday.
Local delivery typically processes 1-6 days depending on availability.
All Ancestral Raw Nutrition orders placed in California are shipped Monday - Thursday depending on your transit time for CA, AZ and NV, the last day for those shipments falls on a Wednesday. This is to ensure the shipment's quality.
All orders must be placed by 3:00 PM PST Monday through Thursday for same day, local SoCal shipping. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day. No orders are shipped Friday through Sunday; if an order is placed on these days it will be shipped the following Monday. Transit times depend on the customer's location and are estimates given to us by UPS.
Depending on your location or state and required UPS business day transit time, if an order is placed on Wednesday after 3:00 PM PST, those orders will be held until the following Monday to ensure the quality of the shipment. Most locations in Arizona and Nevada may have shipping restrictions as well (Next Day Air). When purchasing our product, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, you understand and accept the shipping estimates and risk assumed with shipping raw meat, and you understand and accept the shipping and delivery terms.
Shipping Outside of California
All orders outside of California must be placed using the Next Day Air shipping method and placed on Monday-Wednesday by 3:00 PM PST for same-day shipping. Most locations in Arizona and Nevada may have shipping restrictions as well.
Any orders placed using the UPS Ground shipping method, at our discretion, may be refunded and canceled if the order will be put at risk of perishing during the 2-5-day transit times while using UPS Ground. All shipping restrictions can change, at our discretion, at any time with no notice. All states are restricted to using the Next Day Air shipping method which will be visible at checkout. All shipping restrictions are based on UPS transit times and if you accept our terms and conditions at checkout you accept the risk of the product leaking as weather conditions and/or distance may cause leakage and no refund or exchange will be made.
Deliveries are from Monday - Saturday between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We may, at our discretion, arrange for a delivery time outside of our Ancestral Raw Nutrition business hours. If the customer misses their agreed delivery time, there will be a convenience fee of $25.00 to re-deliver the order.
Dehydrated treats have no shipping restrictions and can ship by using any UPS shipping method.
Returns
All sales are final due to the nature of our products; we will not accept any return,
exchange, or refund any products, we may, at our discretion, send you a new product, for the cost of taxes and shipping and handling. If you feel you would like to contact us regarding a return or refund, please submit your request in the form provided and be sure to include your order number, the date of purchase and a detailed description with photos if possible, to describe the reason for your request.
