This website is operated by Ancestral Raw Nutrition. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Ancestral Raw Nutrition. Ancestral Raw Nutrition offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here, including but not limited to any donation, winnings, rewards, or sponsorships provided by Ancestral Raw Nutrition.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to trademark and copyright laws).

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We are not responsible if the information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES 

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice, this includes subscription pricing and shipping costs. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SUBSCRIPTIONS POLICY

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. All subscriptions are set for 2 consecutive auto purchases before the subscription may be paused or canceled. After the 2nd billing cycle, you may either pause or cancel the subscription. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. There is a $20 charge for all subscriptions that are placed, in some areas shipping fees may vary based on your location. All subscription pricing will automatically update with any price change to the products listed online and subscription pricing for our products are subject to change without notice. When purchasing a subscription you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set forth herein. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. 

All subscriptions are already discounted so any other discount codes that are offered or rewards that are earned through our rewards system cannot be applied.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online or in-store and may have limited quantities. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, images, colors, ingredients, and packaging; however, actual products may vary slightly due to natural ingredient variations, batch differences, photography, screen settings, and manufacturing changes.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities purchased
  • Restrict sales by customer, location, or region
  • Discontinue products without notice
  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Product descriptions and pricing may change without notice.


SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 – PET TRANSITION, HEALTH & VETERINARY DISCLAIMER

Pets have individual nutritional needs and may respond differently to dietary changes, including transitioning to a raw diet. It is the pet owner's responsibility to determine whether products are appropriate for their pet and to monitor their pet during any dietary transition.

Ancestral Raw Nutrition does not provide veterinary services, medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or veterinary advice.

Any educational information, feeding suggestions, or recommendations provided by Ancestral Raw Nutrition are intended solely for informational purposes and should not replace professional veterinary guidance.

Customers are encouraged to consult with their veterinarian regarding:

  • Existing medical conditions
  • Food sensitivities or allergies
  • Medication interactions
  • Dietary restrictions
  • Nutritional requirements

By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge that pets may react differently to foods and ingredients and agree that Ancestral Raw Nutrition shall not be responsible for conditions resulting from misuse, failure to follow feeding guidance, undisclosed medical conditions, or individual pet sensitivities.

SECTION 8 – DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

All products, information, content, and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ancestral Raw Nutrition disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement

Ancestral Raw Nutrition shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products, services, or website.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability where prohibited by applicable law.

SECTION 9 - PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. To view our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 10 - EDITING, DELETING, & MODIFICATION 

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any information or other content appearing on the Site, including this Agreement, without further notice to users of the Site.

SECTION 11 - INDEMNIFICATION 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us and our partners, attorneys, staff, and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim, and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the site.

SECTION 12 - NONTRANSFERABLE 

Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable and may only be used by you.

SECTION 13- ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or with respect to The Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

SECTION 14 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide products or services shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

SECTION 16 – DELIVERY POLICY

For local deliveries, our drivers are not permitted to enter residences, garages, backyards, gated areas, or other private areas unless specifically approved by Ancestral Raw Nutrition.

If the customer is unavailable during delivery, we may leave the order in a reasonably safe location at our discretion and notify the customer of the delivery location.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer absence
  • Restricted access
  • Incorrect address information
  • Unsafe delivery conditions

a redelivery fee of $35.00 may apply, or alternative pickup arrangements may be required.

SECTION 17 — Return, Exchange & Replacement Policy

Return, Refund & Product Concern Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products and food safety requirements, all sales are final. This includes all raw products, dehydrated products, accessories, promotional items, giveaways, donations, sponsored products, and prize winnings.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on products once they have left our facility, retail location, or authorized retailer.

At the sole discretion of Ancestral Raw Nutrition, we may review concerns on a case-by-case basis and may choose to provide a replacement product, store credit, partial credit, or another mutually agreed upon resolution when appropriate. Any accommodation provided does not constitute an obligation or establish future precedent.

Any product concerns, including but not limited to:

  • Product quality concerns
  • Damaged products
  • Spoilage concerns
  • Thawing during transit
  • Missing items or shortages
  • Packaging defects
  • Incorrect products received

must be reported to Ancestral Raw Nutrition within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery or purchase. Failure to report concerns within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

To assist with claim investigation and review, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of packaging and labels
  • Photos of shipping boxes (if applicable)
  • Photos of any visible damage or issue

Failure to provide supporting documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Due to food safety and handling requirements, frozen raw pet food products cannot be returned once they leave our facility or an authorized retailer unless there is a verified:

  • Manufacturer defect
  • Product quality issue
  • Packaging defect or shipping damage
  • Incorrect product fulfillment
  • Product recall

Returns, exchanges, or claims based on the following generally do not qualify for refunds:

  • Customer preference
  • Pet acceptance or palatability
  • Feeding concerns
  • Change of mind
  • Diet changes
  • Customer assumptions regarding ingredients, texture, or bone content

We encourage customers to contact us before purchase if they have questions regarding ingredients, bone content, feeding recommendations, transitioning to raw feeding, or selecting the appropriate product for their pet.

For retailer accounts, products returned by customers due to preference, feeding concerns, pet acceptance, or other non-quality related reasons may not qualify for manufacturer credit.
